EzeScan On-Premise Software Licensing

This page tells you what to do if you would like to obtain a license for on-premise EzeScan Software, or would like to change your current licensing.

Licensing is per the terms of the EzeScan License Agreement as found below.


How can I get a License?

Please choose from one of the five options below and follow the instructions.

Send an email to licensing@ezescan.com.au, telling us:

  • who you are (your name, phone number, company name, company address)
  • where you obtained your evaluation copy of EzeScan from
  • what you are planning to use EzeScan to do.

We will evaluate your request and email you a time-limited evaluation license, based on the information you gave us. The evaluation software will stop working after a set number of days.

 

Send an email to licensing@ezescan.com.au, telling us:

  • who you are (your name, phone number, company name, company address)
  • the EzeScan modules you purchased
  • the name of the Reseller you purchased them from.

Once we have confirmed receipt of your order, we will email you a time-limited evaluation license based on the modules you have purchased. The software will stop working after a set number of days.

Send an email to licensing@ezescan.com.au, telling us

  • who you are (your name, phone number, company name, company address)
  • the full computer name where EzeScan will be installed
  • the EzeScan modules you purchased
  • the name of the Reseller you purchased them from.

Once we have confirmed receipt of your order, we will email you a production EzeScan license based on the modules you have purchased. Production licenses are not time-limited and do not expire.

Provided that your software is covered by the initial 12 month Support & Maintenance period, or is covered by a paid up Annual Support & Maintenance renewal period, we allow you one license transfer per year at no cost (additional transfers wil incur a $250 admin fee and must be accompanied by a purchase order). As this is a license transfer, you agree to remove the software from the existing PC once the software has been installed and licensed on the new PC.

Send an email to licensing@ezescan.com.au, telling us:

  • who you are (your name, phone number, company name, company address)
  • the name of the Reseller you purchased EzeScan from
  • the full computer name of the computer where EzeScan is currently installed
  • the full computer name of the computer where EzeScan will be transferred to.

Once we have confirmed your existing license, we will transfer the license from the old PC to the new PC and email you a new production license. As this is a license transfer, you agree to remove the software from the existing PC once the software has been installed and licensed on the new PC.Note: If your EzeScan software is not under covered by a currently paid up Support & Maintenance period, it is possible to use the license on another PC. For your old EzeScan license to work on your new PC, you must change the PC name of the new machine to match the name of the old PC.
