With over 20 years of experience in records capture and with over 40 EDRMS integrations, EzeScan offers a seamless experience when processing incoming information from multiple channels directly into your EDRMS.
Available as a hosted or on-premise solution customers can train DCA to identify information and route it to the next stage of processing. DCA can automatically ingest and process information from network and email folders or users can submit documents individually or in bulk.
Processed documents and captured data can be workflowed to individual WebApp or workgroup users or sent back to production EzeScan workstations or automatically uploaded to any supported EDRMS. EzeScan can include additional information based on an organisation’s business or records rules and automatically register documents with the correct file name and to the correct location every time!
With supported EDRM systems EzeScan can also trigger associated workflows or records actions.
Now included in EzeScan’s Digital Mailroom solution, DCA can accelerate the capture and triage process by automatically classifying and distributing incoming email, ensuring email is actioned in a timely manner and registered in line with an organisation’s records keeping standards.
